Edward is the managing director of Amos & Bailey, having taken on this responsibility after the retirement of the firm's founders.
Beyond his managerial duties, Edward is responsible for search and advisory mandates within the financial and professional services sectors.
Prior to Amos & Bailey, Edward spent 15 years within financial and professional services organisations.

Partner
David joined Amos & Bailey in 2018. He leads board advisory and search mandates in Technology, Operations and Marketing.
Prior to Amos & Bailey, he spent 18 years in financial and professional services organisations, primarily focused on research and intelligence. He holds a UK Government security qualification.
Alexandra joined Amos & Bailey in 2020 and advises on board nominations and executive opportunities across all sectors.
She has a background in government policy and venture capital, specialising in sustainable policy-making and ethical investments.
Before joining Amos & Bailey, Alexandra worked in Brussels for the European Parliament and other international organisations.
Lucy joined Amos & Bailey in 2015 as the head of research and is responsible for the management of all in-house research.
Prior to Amos & Bailey, Lucy worked in the sustainable fashion sector both setting up her own label as well as providing operational guidance and strategic advice to her clients.
Tara has been working with Amos & Bailey since 2016, initially as an advisor, becoming a partner in 2021.
Tara’s career spans 25 years in executive search delivering work
for some of the largest global firms across a variety of board appointments. She has a particular focus on technology and consumer-facing industries.
She also has an extensive track record within private equity and venture capital, building out teams and working closely with portfolio businesses as a talent advisor.
Suzanne van der Maarel
Principal Consultant
Suzanne joined Amos & Bailey in 2019 and is based in Zurich. She has joined the firm as a principal consultant supporting our international work.
Prior to working with Amos & Bailey, she worked in the venture capital and aviation industry.
She speaks French, Dutch, German and English.
Charlotte McMillian-Scott
Office Manager
Charlotte joined Amos & Bailey in 2016 and is responsible for all administrative matters.
She works for the firm in a part-time capacity and in her other life is an increasingly successful illustrator.
